We will be at Together Trust Fun Day

Our employee chosen charity, the Together Trust, is holding a Family Fun Day this Saturday and we’re very excited to be getting involved.

The Together Trust Fun Day is guaranteed to be a fun day out for everyone with lots of stalls already booked in. In addition to all the stalls, there will also be face painting, live music, dancing, food and drink, a funfair and an inflatable slide.

To help raise funds for the Together Trust, Solutions SK employees will be running a stall that will enable children and adults to learn about the process of planting seeds. They will be able to plant the seed, decorate the pot and take it home to grow in their own garden.

At the beginning of the year, Employees of Solutions SK made it their mission to raise enough money to send five foster children and their families on a much needed three day break, during 2017. Just six months in we’ve raised enough funds to guarantee two foster children and their families to go on this break away.

Rachel Marsland, an employee at Solutions SK explains why she is volunteering on the day,

In our last employee bulletin there was an article about what Together Trust do and what happens on those much needed breaks. It made me realise how much these children/ young adults needed that break away and this was the perfect opportunity for me to go the extra mile to help.

All donations we take on the day will help fund a three day break for Together Trust’s foster children.
