Solutions SK holds second successful schools meeting
On Thursday 9th March 2017, Solution SK’s teams united to host their second school’s meeting.
Following on from the success of their event in October 2016, Food Culture, Solutions SK organised a free ‘Funding’ workshop, sponsored by safety wear supplier, Intersafety.
The event was a huge success, attracting over 30 school Head teachers and Business Managers from across the Stockport Borough.
At the event guest speaker, Funding Expert, Stephen Wright talked to the schools about how they could apply for up to £10,000 of funding and gave them top tips on funding applications.
Whilst the schools attend the event to learn, it also gave them the chance to meet with the Solutions SK teams face to face and learn more about the different services offered across the business.

I was impressed by the number of schools wanting to find out more about how they could secure grant funding for school and community projects. I hope the event gave them inspiration that this is possible

The event was very interesting and enjoyable, and what I found in particularly interesting were the funding top tips by Stephen Wright. I also have to say, it was really nice to put faces to names of Solutions SK employees and I hope in future that more events like this will take place – I will definitely be attending
