Greenspace support for SMBC’s Spring Clean

TLC is proud to be supporting Stockport Council’s Spring Clean 2023 – giving us all a sense of pride in where we live and work.

Lots of our TLC teams are involved over the course of the two month initiative – you can find a number of posts highlighting our work on Stockport Council’s Twitter feed already: #stockportspringclean.

Today, we’d like to share details of our Greenspace teams involvement in the launch event.

The 1 March event centred around the Town Hall, Stopford House, Fred Perry House and Cornerstone. As you can see from the photos, our teams were heavily involved with litter picking, mechanical sweeping and tidying of growing beds.

We received a lovely thank you from SMBC for all our work. And we’re particularly pleased that they highlighted that in partnership with them we’ll make a real difference to residents, businesses and visitors in our borough.
