Celebrating Success – Catering Team NVQ Achievements

Congratulations our catering team colleagues that have successfully achieved their National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) in Food Production and Cooking.

Well done to the following Catering team members:

This National Vocational Qualification is a work-based qualification, which enables learners to develop knowledge, understanding and skills essential for working in a catering environment. Our colleagues were assessed in producing a variety of cooking styles, working with others, and on improving their own performance.

Each team member had to demonstrate the production of different dishes such as; Lasagne, and Chicken Curry, as well as producing sauces and desserts such as cookies, muffins and biscuits.

Well done to our Catering team colleagues.
