Celebrating Successes – Congratulations to Sarah Woolley – CIPD – Level 3 Qualification

We are pleased to announce that Sarah Woolley, our Junior HR Advisor, has successfully passed her CIPD Level 3 qualification.

Sarah started work on her Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) training course in July 2023. She has studied hard for the last 13 months, and the course comprised of workshops and assignments for each unit, and then during the final 3 months Sarah had to undergo an ‘End Point Assessment’ which involved a consultative project and professional discussion.

Sarah said:

“I found it challenging studying and working full time at first, but my manager was very supportive during this time and I managed my diary to make sure I met the CIPD requirement of dedicating 6 hours a week to my course. Doing an apprenticeship was also very helpful as I was learning new skills and knowledge in work which I could use in my assignments.”

Sarah is continuing with her personal professional career development in this field and plans to enrol for the CIPD Level 5 training course in the New Year.
