Celebrating our Successes – Totally Local Company’s Roast Dinners Delight

At Totally Local Company (TLC), we are thrilled to share some glowing feedback from the Headteacher, Paul Sanchez, St. Thomas’ C of E Primary School in Stockport, who recently enjoyed one of our roast dinners prepared by our very own Cook in Charge, Justine Marrow. 

In a message to TLC’s Schools Catering Manager, Jayne Stubbs, Mr. Sanchez shared his appreciation, saying:

“Good afternoon, Jayne, I just wanted to let you know that I had a Roast Dinner for lunch today. It was one of the nicest Roast Dinners I have had in over 20 years in school! Justine’s meals are really good, and the children speak very positively about them. Many Thanks, Paul Sanchez.” 

Following this fantastic feedback, our team visited Justine at the school, to surprise her with a signed thank you card and a bouquet of flowers from our Senior Management Team.  Justine, who was hard at work preparing the weekly roast dinners, was delighted by the gesture. The delicious aromas coming from the kitchen during our visit made it easy to see why Justine’s meals have been such a hit with both staff and the children. 

A big thank you to Justine and her team for their dedication and hard work!
