Totally Local Company Appoint New Operations Director
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Simon Daly, our new Operations Director. Simon joined the business on 16th of July 2024 as a key member of our extended Leadership Team.
Simon brings over 20 years of leadership and strategic management experience from the private sector together with a strong background in business administration and continuous improvement. He has consistently achieved optimal results through data analysis, reviewing existing practices to enhance service delivery, customer satisfaction, efficiencies, and overall profitability.

Simons career also includes 8-years’ military service with HM Forces as a Section Commander. During this period, Simon honed strong leadership, motivation, and critical thinking skills – always leading by example.
With Simon’s strong skills in leadership, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills he has contributed significantly to the strategic goals of developing people, processes, and systems in his previous roles.
Simon said, “Since joining the business I have been extremely impressed by the passion and immense pride that members of the TLC team take in their work. Despite a myriad of essential works and services being carried out across the business there is a real togetherness and shared focus”.
